The limits, stated plainly
These are the rules people most often ask about after installing.
There is a daily cap
Each level sets the most coins a single day of walking can pay. Walking further on one day does not carry over.
Coins are not money
They cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for cash. There is no cash-out, by design.
Availability varies
Items, coin prices, regional availability and stock change. Some items also ask for an additional payment alongside coins.
Other ways to get coins
Walking is the main one. These are the others that actually pay.
Challenges
Daily, weekly and monthly step challenges, each with its own coin prize. Some prizes are claimed by watching a short ad.
Bonus hub
Coin boosts for watching a short ad, limited per day.
Invite friends
You both get coins once they reach level 2.
Questions about coins and rewards
How many coins will I get per day?
It depends on your level and how far you walk, and every level has a daily ceiling. WalkACK does not promise an amount, and you should treat any figure that does with suspicion.
Can I convert coins to cash?
No. Coins are a promotional in-app reward. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money.
Do streaks and leaderboards give coins?
No. Streaks, daily check-ins and leaderboard placings build XP, which raises your level. Your level then raises the daily coin limit.
Do I have to watch ads?
Not for coins from walking. Some bonuses and some challenge prizes are claimed by watching a short ad.
